Build teams that use conflicts to grow, achieve common goals, and stay motivated and healthy even under pressure.
Even the most capable teams can lose their impact and motivation when a clear vision and strategy is not there. They move fast, but not in the direction that would bring them forward. AI should simplify processes, but they are not trained to use it properly. Or the company doesn´t implement AI efficiently. Hybrid work blurs boundaries, cultural differences go unspoken, trust and communication create conflicts instead of connections.
It’s rarely a lack of skill that holds teams back, but what happens when they are constantly under pressure. Neuroscience shows that when stress rises, focus narrows and empathy fades. People retreat into silos, old patterns resurface, and trust begins to thin.
My work helps teams recognise what’s really happening beneath the surface, the subtle habits, assumptions, expectations and emotional cues that shape collaboration. Once teams can see those patterns clearly, we turn that awareness into action, rebuilding communication, creating solid and agile processes, restoring trust, and creating alignment that lasts beyond the next project or meeting.
Constant meetings, when people seem not to pay attention
Tons of communication, but nothing really moves forward.
We are a team of top talents, but each with its own priorities.
Cultural and language differences sometimes lead to misunderstanding instead of insight.
Communication breaks down under pressure, and in hybrid work.
We solve problems in silos instead of together.
Our leaders need to change processes, but collaboration is not there.
Remote and hybrid setups make it harder to feel part of the same rhythm.
Let’s turn that friction into focus and build teams that contribute, communicate, and grow together, wherever they are.
Every organisation operates within its own rhythm shaped by people, priorities, and pressure. I start by understanding that rhythm, how your teams communicate, where tension builds, and what strengthens or weakens trust. From there, I design focused coaching and facilitation work that reconnects people, purpose, and performance, so collaboration becomes easier, even when pressure is high.
When organisations invest in active listening, people empowerment, inclusion, and trust, collaboration becomes smoother, performance more sustainable, and results easier to measure. Through these partnerships, teams experience:
Teams that reach this level of awareness perform better, but more importantly, they enjoy working together again.
I’ve spent more than 25 years leading and advising within top global organisations like T-Systems, Microsoft, Amazon, and Workday. That experience taught me how high speed, tech systems work and how high achievers may feel inside them. Empowering people while achieving results has always been my passion. I now use that understanding to support leaders and teams translate pressure into progress, diversity into innovation, and communication into fuel of change.
Here’s what shapes my approach:
I bring a global perspective, having worked across regions and industries where cultures, priorities, and communication styles all intersect.
My background in marketing, sales, and business development gives me an insider’s understanding of fast-moving, high-pressure environments, and what it takes to grow within them.
I coach fluently in English, German, and Italian, supporting multicultural and high achieving teams with sensitivity and positive energies.
My foundation combines structure, intuition and depth. I’m a Professional Certified Coach (ICF) and a Senior Practitioner (EMCC), recognised through the EMCC Team Coaching Quality Award (TCQA) for excellence in team facilitation.
Inclusion sits at the core of my work. I design coaching spaces where people feel seen, safe, and ready to contribute fully because diversity only works when everyone’s voice is heard.
In every engagement, what matters most to me is seeing people collaborate with ease again, confident in themselves, connected to each other, and clear on where they’re heading.
These are some of the stories and outcomes shared by the leaders and teams who chose to do the deeper work together.
