Experience forged in complexity

My path so far

Over more than two decades, my career has moved between marketing, leadership, and human development, three worlds that, together, shaped how I see growth and communication.

At Fujitsu, Microsoft and Amazon, I led teams through expansion, transformation, and active listening. I intuitively learned that knowing change. Those years taught me that success is totally subjective, and people move faster when they feel seen, heard, and connected to their purpose.

That understanding became the foundation of my work today.

After obtaining the ICF Professional Certified Coach accreditation, the NLP diploma and the  EMCC Team Coaching Quality Award (TCQA), I work full time as coach, mentor and trainer.

My specialty are leaders and organisations navigating complexity, change, or reorganisations. I help them find clarity when direction blurs, rebuild confidence after transition, and re-establish trust when communication falters.

Having lived and worked across cultures, I’ve learned that leadership doesn’t sound the same everywhere. Even in the same company it may have different meanings. Yet its essence is universal – awareness, empathy, and courage in action. As a mother, I understand the balance between ambition and patience, presence and perseverance. I know how professional growth can only be sustained when it aligns with personal wellbeing.

In my work, I combine marketing principles and insights of systemic coaching. This synergy helps clients see patterns, make confident decisions, and lead with steadiness, even when the environment is constantly shifting.

Where rigour meets reflection

My philosophy & approach

My approach combines extensive business experience with human understanding, neuroscience and modern methods to achieve results. Last two years of full time coaching experience – 2000+ hours and 150+ clients – showed that change is possible AND sustainable. Constant learner, I bring together:

Structure, through the ICF’s clear coaching framework, ethical standards and requirements. It gives every conversation safe space, focus and introspection.

Reflection, through the EMCC approach, which keeps learning deeply personal, grounded, and connected to real-life situations.

This balance helps leaders and teams get other perspectives, see the bigger picture while remaining balanced and self centered.

I work with clients in moments of transition, when clarity is needed, when their confidence wavers, or when complexity feels overwhelming. We look at patterns in behavior, communication, and decision-making, then build practical ways to shift them. Sometimes that means designing new conversations, and sometimes slowing down long enough to notice what’s already working.

Clients often describe the outcome as a renewed sense of direction and steadiness. That steadiness is what I aim to build, leaders who know how to think clearly, act intentionally, and lead without losing themselves in the process.

Change you can sustain

People and results come together

I help senior leaders and teams strengthen the way they behave, the choices they make, their communications style. What my clients achieve are typically:

Build clear expectations and processes, with kindness and empathy.

Increase technology affinity to support people in their job to increase productivity and creativity time.

Strengthen decision quality and collective focus across leadership teams.

Navigate change and transformation without losing trust or direction.

Create communication habits that connect strategy, culture, and execution.

Each promotion requires a specific action plan. We work together to land it on the manager´s plan.

Set boundaries to remain calm under pressure and act with assertiveness.

Strengthen their personal brand, to navigate corporate politics remaining authentic.

Female leaders increase their networking skills. They learn how to be visible, and influence without compromising authenticity.

Align career growth and personal wellbeing, so progress feels sustainable, and not exhausting.

Credibility, earned

My professional foundations

Learning has always been central to how I work. Each qualification represents a step towards understanding people, communication, and change from different perspectives – strategic, psychological, and systemic.

Where my work has taken me

Since 2012, I’ve coached clients from diverse industries and backgrounds, from Fortune 500 companies to business schools and coaching circles. After more than 2,000 hours of coaching, one truth stands out that growth is never one-size-fits-all. As such, my work is about creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and ready to build their own path forward.

Difference as strength

My practice built on diversity and connection

My work has always been shaped by diversity. Having lived and worked across several countries, I’ve seen how connection grows when we make space for difference and listen with intent. Inclusion, to me, is the foundation of how I coach, lead, and collaborate.

I also believe success is never a solo journey. It’s built through cooperation, shared insight, and the courage to learn from one another.

This belief led me to create in Munich and lead for 6 years the Professional Women Network, a nonprofit dedicated to helping women share stories, strengthen networks, and support each other’s growth.

I have been leading women@microsoft, women@amazon and women@workday programs with the aim of making female talents emerge and take the courage to make their skills and competences visible and rewarded.

Those experiences deeply inform my work ethic, fostering environments where every voice matters and where leadership is measured not only by achievement, but by how well we lift others along the way.

Leaders at pivotal moments

People I partner with

High achievers at different career stages. Working mainly online I coach people in different countries and with different backgrounds. Some need mentorship to develop their career, others need coaching to lead global teams. Most of my clients work in corporations. Others need support in starting their business and positioning themselves on the market. Or working on a repositioning that may attract more clients in the sector they need.

My background in marketing and international business helps me meet them where they are, balancing strategy with empathy, structure with curiosity. I take coaching as a way to see people in their full context and help them reconnect the dots between their values, goals, and strengths.

Alongside my independent work, I collaborate with Doujak Corporate Development as a consultant in transformational development for organisations. I also deliver coaching and training through professional learning platforms such as Speexx, Unmind, and Pack which allow organisations and individuals to access my work through their corporate learning ecosystems.

Growth without self-betrayal

Marketing Yourself Forward

After years in corporate, I reached a point where the metrics, meetings, and milestones no longer matched the meaning I was looking for. Marketing Yourself Forward was born from the moments I nearly walked away.

The book explores a different way of thinking about career growth that brings together marketing wisdom, personal evolution, and the belief that your story, values, and lived experience can become your greatest professional asset.

The book will be released soon, but you can download a free excerpt today to get a preview of its insights and ideas.
