For more than two decades, my work has moved between boardrooms and coaching rooms, from shaping go-to-market strategies at Microsoft, Amazon, and T-Systems to guiding leaders through change, uncertainty, and transformation.
I’ve always believed that the way we lead, communicate, and make decisions is deeply human. Behind every strategy is a nervous system, a set of emotions, and a story we tell ourselves about what’s possible.
Today, I wear many hats, being an executive coach, marketing consultant, corporate trainer, and aspiring author. Each role allows me to meet people where they are, whether it’s a leadership team navigating complexity, a professional redefining their next chapter, or an organisation ready to align culture with purpose.
Change rarely starts with action. It begins with awareness, the moment we pause long enough to notice what’s really happening in our work, our teams, or ourselves. The KTC process grew out of this understanding:
Every shift starts with seeing clearly. In this phase, we uncover what drives decisions and reactions - our values, emotions, and the context we operate in. When we understand the system around us and within us, clarity becomes possible.
Transformation takes that clarity and puts it to work. Together, we explore patterns and perspectives that open new ways of thinking, leading, and collaborating. This is where awareness turns into insight, and insight begins to shape behavior.
Change becomes real through practice. It shows up in communication, leadership, and daily choices that reflect who we are and what we stand for. This final phase turns learning into lived experience, creating cultures and relationships that can hold growth over time.
This process is woven through every engagement I lead, helping people move from understanding to transformation, and from transformation to meaningful, sustained change.

My work is built on the belief that every voice carries insight, and every story adds shape to the system around it. Early in my career, I learned how easily good ideas can disappear when differences are overlooked, gender, culture, language, or simply a unique way of thinking.
That awareness became the foundation of how I coach and consult today. Whether I’m guiding a leadership team through change or working one-to-one, I pay attention to who speaks, who hesitates, and who has not yet been invited in.
Inclusion, to me, is awareness in action. It’s how trust grows, how collaboration deepens, and how organisations evolve beyond sameness. When people feel seen and safe to contribute, innovation follows naturally.
