Everything you need to know

1. What does EMCC senior practitioner mean?

The EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) focuses on reflective, evidence-based coaching. It means I regularly review my own practice, keep up with new research, and adapt methods that truly fit each client’s context rather than relying on one fixed model.

The ICF (International Coaching Federation) Professional Certified Coach level emphasises structure and accountability. It ensures that each session follows clear principles and competencies, built on trust, ethics, and measurable progress.

Both credentials are globally recognised standards in professional coaching. They show that my work meets high ethical, educational, and professional benchmarks, and that I approach coaching with both structure and curiosity.

The EMCC brings flexibility and depth, encouraging reflection and learning. The ICF adds consistency and focus, keeping the process structured and results-oriented. Together, they create a balance between adaptability and direction, so the coaching feels both personal and effective.

It means you’re working with someone who combines the best of both worlds – proven professional standards and a personalised, human approach. You can expect conversations that are safe, structured, and tailored to your goals, supported by global-quality coaching practice.

I work with both, directly or through coaching platforms. Please contact me to know if I already work with your company or its platform.

My style is direct, empathetic, and results-oriented. I combine 25+ years of leadership experience in tech and business with methods from systemic coaching, neuroscience, and Liberating Structures. Expect clarity, structure, and the occasional uncomfortable (but necessary) question.

This is a thinking partnership, where you bring the challenge and I bring the space, the questions, and the accountability.

Coaching helps you unlock your own thinking. It’s ideal when you’re navigating complexity, making decisions, or shifting how you lead. Mentoring brings guidance. I share my perspective and experience if you’re facing something I’ve lived through, like managing executive transitions, female leadership challenges, or career reinvention.

It starts with a complimentary chemistry call. If we’re a fit, I’ll design a program around your goals, typically 6 or 10 sessions over 3–6 months. Sessions are 60–75 minutes, remote or in-person, and include email check-ins, optional tools or assessments, and clear metrics for progress.

Leadership is a journey. I walk beside you and sometimes a few steps ahead.

I coach fluently in English, German, and Italian. My clients are often international leaders who navigate cross-cultural dynamics and I’ve been there too.
